Ironman Coeur d´ Alene

Wow it is race day again. Including the time difference, I raced less than a week ago in South Korea. And the other fun thing is, I got the same race number #45. My shoulder and toe have seen better race mornings and I´m motivated and have allot respect for what is coming up. We start 35 Minutes earlier, what can and probably will be a nightmare for me ...
