Nice article, way to go Dylan

"If you’ve been perusing the forums lately, then you’ve noticed a thread called “Growing Epidemic in Online Poker: A Letter to the Community.” In it, Dylan ImaLucSac Linde pleads with readers to avoid upsetting softer players by berating them verbally and with stats at the tables and on online poker forums like He candidly explained, “When I first got into poker, the idea of ‘not tapping the glass’ was in a lot of poker literature and just seemed to make a lot of sense to me." Recycling Day ...

where I met Carla and her Mom (Cindy). We are in email contact and I wanna share this: "On a positive note we met people like you, inspiring Carla and I. We were most inspired by you and an eight year old boy from Pullman. He has started his own business called "Cam the Can Man." His name is Cameron. He is going to local businesses and neighbors in Pullman and collecting cans. He returned his cans on Saturday and made over $100.00. He is placing the majority of money earned in a college fund then donating the rest to charity. We have decided to do something like this for Carla and her little sister." Improve your aeroposition

"After maximizing your position on a time trial or tri bike, the next step is to be able to maintain that position over the course of your race. Add these four exercises to your training to improve shoulder stability and increase scapular (upper back) strength." [author: Jason Goldberg] --- Kjell

friday 13th

It´s friday the 13th. "Stay in bed?!"
"Friday the 13th occurs when the thirteenth day of a month falls on Friday, which superstition holds to be a day of good or bad luck. In the Gregorian calendar, this day occurs at least once, but at most three times a year. Any month's 13th day will fall on a Friday if the month starts on a Sunday. In 2009 this applies to the months of February, March, and November. The next year to have three Friday the 13th dates will be 2012." [source: Wikipedia] --- Kjell

Don´t be that guy

"As the new season approaches and you begin thinking of all the things you'd like to do—train smarter, lose weight, win a race or two—it might be wise to consider a few things you shouldn't do." [source:] I think I´m not --- Kjell

Not my thing

There are millions in germany going crazy today. Carnival is not my thing at all: "Germany, especially the western part (North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate) is famous for Karneval celebrations such as parades and costume balls. Cologne carnival is the largest and most famous. Cologne, along with D├╝sseldorf and Mainz, are held in the public media to be Germany's three carnival "strongholds". However carnival celebrations are widespread elsewhere in the region, in places such as Wattenscheid, Hagen, Krefeld, Aachen, M├Ânchengladbach, Duisburg, Bonn, Eschweiler, Bocholt and Cleves. In parts of East and South Germany and Austria the carnival is called Fasching. In Franconia and the southwest-parts and also some other parts of Germany a carnival is called Fastnacht or Fasnet." Everybody knows, or maybe not!

I knew, but forgot today. Thanks to Susann from Biestmilch to remind me: "20 years ago in Berlin it happened that the cold war ended; at least this is the label we gave this event. I think it has been such a ground-shaking incident that my blog is allowed to pick up, but I refer to a more competent platform with respect to this topic, New York Times “A Division Through Time" ..."
