Tomorrow is the day I worked for. Thanks to all the support, without your help I would be here: Paul Z., Susann (Biestmilch and the Team), Peter (Sauerland Team for Coaching) Dennis W. I will race with number 9# and I will start at 7:30am (local time). Hope that Ironman.com will do a lifecourage. Please check me out and I´m more than happy about feedback here on my Blog.
