Dear Airlines ...

where did you lose your customer service. Employees are rude, they don`t want to help and the best thing if they mess up it is my fault.
Problem, you cannot get around them, if you have to travel.

Here and impression of my christmas present box from my last trip back home from germany. This damage was done between SanFrancisco and Spokane.
