Christmas present ... to be home

Being back home in Hamburg is a big early christmas present. I love to see my family and enjoy some german christmas atmosphere. Hamburg is so beautiful!!!

I won again

I won the Let's climb the mountain for the third time in a row. Very happy about it and I did it just with Ironman training, so specific Ultra running. It works. Big Thank you to my Mom, Lori and John. --- Kjell

Less than two weeks

We are less than two weeks away from Ironman CDA. Crazy how time flies. I am as tired as I should be. Taper starts wednesday and I cannot wait. --- Kjell
