I won again

I won the Let's climb the mountain for the third time in a row. Very happy about it and I did it just with Ironman training, so specific Ultra running. It works. Big Thank you to my Mom, Lori and John. --- Kjell

I just got 3rd at the Winderthon Marathon in Spokane. Big mess with the course, but I ran the full thing and got told I´m 3rd and won my Age group. Later more what happened and how it was --- Kjell

That was a great concert last night in Spokane. We saw AFI in the Knitting-Factory. Honestly AFI is new to me, but some sounds where familiar --- Kjell
