Love it

Do you know Müsli?
"Muesli ( /ˈmjuːzlɪ/ or /ˈmuːzlɪ/; Swiss German: Müesli [ˈmyəz̥li], Standard German: Müsli) is a popular breakfast cereal based on uncooked rolled oats, fruit and nuts. It was developed around 1900 by Swiss physician Maximilian Bircher-Benner for patients in his hospital. It is available as a packaged dry form, or it can be made fresh.

TAX

This might be a good idea: "If an individual's body mass index isn't a purely personal matter, what is? We have the right to choose between healthy food or junk food, even if the latter is more likely to result in obesity and related health problems. But once our choices affect others, there's a natural conflict between individual freedom and social responsibility." [source: latimes author: Editorial] --- Kjell

The Importance of Raw Foods for Athletes

"... Unfortunately, in today's world the concept of diet has extended beyond what one eats to how they live and the identity that gets associated with it. In a lot of ways, what you eat is how society places and categorizes you. When considered in this way, the idea of eating raw foods as an athlete becomes more of an emotional response than one rooted in resourceful thinking about how to improve health and performance. ..." Weight Loss 101: How to Calculate a Calorie Deficit

"To lose weight, you have to eat fewer calories than your body burns each day. It seems simple enough. What’s not so easy is actually doing it. How do you know if you’re actually eating fewer calories than your body burns? Exactly what size of "calorie deficit" should you aim for? And how can you make sure you’re hitting the mark? ..." Biest Booster

"Biest Booster: Give it a try as race nutrition on the run
Experiment by Kjell Schiöberg, our Chef de Cuisine
There are so many guidelines recommending race nutrition. They all claim to be the best option, but at the end everybody has to make his/her own experience. Experimenting yourself, what’s best for you is the only way to really find out what works best for you under which circumstances. Therefore I undertook the experiment to run a marathon with a Biest Boosters only waiving gels or bars." [source: biestmilch.com]
I loved the experiment anytime! --- Kjell

Hot Stuff

I made some Hot Stuff. I love it spicy and making your own hot sauce or chili oil is the best thing you can have.
And good old memories come with burning hands and the thought: "I should have taken out my contacts before doing the cutting! Oh well ...!" On Hawaii cutting chili´s was my daily routine, we loved it.
It is so easy: cut chili´s depending on spic-level, olive oil, sea salt and a nice container withe Biest on.
