"Fitness Assessments: We provide an initial fitness assessment for new members, checking body composition, cardio health and endurance, flexibility and strength. Also, a suitable exercise program is designed for the member and after 2-3 months patrons are reassessed for progress.
Specialized Incentive Programs & Events: These include Fitness Challenges, 100 Mile Club, Fun Runs, and more.
Personal Training: Fitness Specialists are available to assist patrons with their exercise programs.
Aerobic Classes: Spin, Step, Dance, & Yoga classes are offered daily.
