Dear Airlines ...

where did you lose your customer service. Employees are rude, they don`t want to help and the best thing if they mess up it is my fault.
Problem, you cannot get around them, if you have to travel.

Here and impression of my christmas present box from my last trip back home from germany. This damage was done between SanFrancisco and Spokane.

Christmas present ... to be home

Being back home in Hamburg is a big early christmas present. I love to see my family and enjoy some german christmas atmosphere. Hamburg is so beautiful!!!

Love to see my 90+ Omi!!!

And even Santa was there to see me;)

The search for an ugly sweater was surprisingly hard?! We needed one, for the UGLY Sweater night at
 CAPONES in CDA.
Lots of beer (maybe a bit to much) and fun company.
