In 6 Days

Well in 6days, I gonna suffer again. I decided to do my first Ultrarace. I will fly down to San Francisco on Thursday and do the North Face Ultrachallenge. It is a 50 Mile run race. Lets see, Im ready --- Kjell

Travelday

Another travelday. I went back to Moscow, ID USA. I gonna miss my family and Hamburg!!! In Moscow Im getting ready for my next big challenge. Im ready --- Kjell

My day and Christmasmarkets in HH

Its my Birthday today. Thanks for all the good wishes.

Hamburg Dungeon

We went to see some art in Hamburg and we where successfull. Later we went to walk though the Hamburg Dungeon. It was my first time and that Museum, Entertainment thing is so much fun --- Kjell

Berlin, Berlin ...

Well we went to Berlin and I had an appointment at the embassy. I did allot of work, without any result. The person at the embassy looked about 2 minutes at my papers and it was a NO. But at least we had some fun after the visite. We saw the Brandburger Gate, the memorial and the Sony Center. Im bummed --- Kjell

Hagenbecks ZOO

I ran allot last week. Overall I came up to 94miles. Thats quite a number. I have not ran that much for a while. But it feels good --- Kjell

Moscow to Hamburg ...

Im back on the road very soon. We (Blake, Deborah, Dylan and me) travel back home to Hamburg. Im doing some to dos right now and of course start to pack. Cannot wait to see my mom, my sister my grandmo and everyone at home --- Kjell

Vandals vs BSU

The town was packed today. I did a long run and saw yellow/black or orange/blue everywhere. It was football weekend and we went down to have a look. It was fun, but so cold --- Kjell

I did my long run early this morning. At it was sooo cold. It was 21F in Coeur d Alene. I know compare to what will come, thats not to bad. But I devently need to get used to it. Happy winter --- Kjell

Today was a crazy day, if you watched the weather. We had sun, rain, clouds, cold, warm the whole thing. I had no idea what to wear for my training. Well if that is my only problem, I know --- Kjell

Same question, that I ask myself every offseason for the last two year. Shall I get the elite licence or not? But this year has been a good one, even with the two dns. That hurts, but the other two big races where very good. So I'm pretty sure I get it. And of course I will talk to Blake about it. Lets go for it --- Kjell

Bussy day, mom - right?
