Race the River
"Race the River is a sprint-distance triathlon that takes place in beautiful Coeur d’Alene Idaho. It starts with a 0.5 mile swim with the mild current of the Spokane river, just as it leaves crystal clear Lake Coeur d’Alene. Athletes transition onto their bikes through the modern Riverstone complex and navigate an exciting and technically challenging 11 mile bike course. Exiting transition, runners loop through a serene city park for 3.1 miles, around a large pond with fountain and across a bridge made of an old train car." [source: RacetheRiver]
Thanks Christine for another great year racing the NW Regional Championships. This year I placed 3rd. Getting better by the year.
